Manchester kitchen contractor cements relationship with national developer
Stuart Frazer Contracts has been awarded the contract to design, supply and install all kitchens for Bauhaus, the final phase of the prestigious Rossetti Place development on Manchester’s Quay Street.

Crosby Homes has appointed the Manchester-based company following highly successful partnerships on previous projects, including the first phase of Rossetti Place. This latest collaboration further cements the relationship between the two companies and builds on the announcement that Stuart Frazer Contracts are also to handle kitchens for the next phase of the award-winning Greenquarter development.

Located at the heart of Manchester’s city centre, Bauhaus is accessed via a dramatic limestone and glass entrance and features a premium specification throughout. Distinctive minimalist architecture by Aedas AHR Architects is complemented by Phillipe Starke bathrooms and ensuites, and now premium quality SieMatic furniture from Stuart Frazer Contracts will extend the exclusive nature of the development into the kitchen.

Inspired by the Bauhaus school and the movement’s philosophy of using simple, disciplined design to achieve a balance between aesthetics and functionality, the development has been hailed as a masterpiece of modern minimalist architecture.

“This is definitely a design-led development”, said Belinda Sewell, Stuart Frazer Contracts Director. “It will be beautiful to look at but will work beautifully also. We’re working with a group of progressive, like-minded companies on this project and this sort of collaboration has the potential to create something truly special.”
