“The Radius site brought distinct challenges for us as main contractor,” explained Steve White, Project Director at Carillion. “The residential section consists of three separate buildings constructed on a single retail block, creating a very tight site and making transportation of materials up to the plots very difficult.

“Stuart Frazer Contracts understood the challenges that this site posed and responded accordingly. They planned in detail, communicated well and achieved a level of project management excellence that was very impressive.”
