SieMatic S1 wins Microsoft Innovation Award

SieMatic have been awarded The WPF client innovation award from technology giant Microsoft at this years CeBIT.

Presented by Achim Berg, CEO of Microsoft Germany on March 3rd, this accolade is hugely prestigious; it being the first time anyone outside the technology industry has ever won it, let alone a kitchen manufacturer.

The company was awarded the prize for the S1 Grid interactive user interface that is integral to its new SieMatic S1 multimedia kitchen range.

With this award, Microsoft, together with Experton Group, is recognising the most Innovative German applications in the field of WPF, a Microsoft software development framework.
