Pinnacle Living begins

Work has begun onsite with completion of the show house for this pioneering 9 phase Birtle Brook development of approximately 70 luxury retirement homes on the rural outskirts of Greater Manchester.

On the cusp of the Bury border, nestled in the basin of 45 acres of rural countryside complete with Bowling Greens, Pavilion, 7 acres of Fishing Lakes and surrounding walks, Pinnacle Living are steaming ahead with their unique, high end development designed to cater for a growing and increasingly discerning generation of the ‘young-at-heart’ retired. Brent Miller MD contacted Project Kitchens after learning of our own uncompromising approach to standards and our unique design led objectives. We have since formed a formidable and efficient partnership; designs and concepts have been laid out and agreed for each phase.

Work on the West side of the development is due for completion late 2010, with the East side following in Spring 2011. With Brent at the helm, this development promises to be a very rewarding addition to our portfolio.
