Seddon Homes Steam ahead

Project Kitchens’ established partnership with Seddon Homes continues with work almost completed on three concurrent sites. Travis Gate, 9 four bed homes on the edge of Chorlton Green conservation area, Oakmont, 5 five bed homes near Congleton and Appledale in its second phase of 25 four and five bed plots near the famous Championship Golf Course in Tytherington, Macclesfield.

In line with a shared value in customer service and choice, we’re happy to oblige when Seddon often ask us to supply colourway packages complete with visuals and samples. This allows each show house team to demonstrate to prospective clients the extent of choice and influence they can have within their build, making it a huge advantage to buy early. Following recent showroom launches, there has been a promising flux of interest for all three sites with Travis Gate and Oakmont fully sold and Appledale with only a handful left to sell.
