| A Collaborative Approach Creative collaboration with architects and interior designers yielded breathtaking results on this ambitious Countryside Properties development. Designs and layouts were created to complement the opulent interiors designed by leading fashion designer, Ben de Lisi. Establishing Cohesion Taking inspiration from the buildings distinctive architecture, we incorporated design statements such as perfectly round sinks and drainers to reflect the ‘Radius’ quality of the project and establish a firm sense of cohesion within each property and across the development as a whole. Exceeding Expectation Located in the vibrant Prestwich village area of Manchester, the specification was created with the lifestyles of the target market firmly in mind and applied across a total 150 plots. The end result far exceeded client expectations and played an important part in the commercial success of the development.
