Client: Cameron Homes
Location: Four Oaks conservation area, Sutton Coldfield
These two architect-designed five bedroom homes were priced at over £1M each so needed a real wow factor in the kitchen.
The Client briefed Project Kitchens to incorporate unique features to give an individual edge to these sumptuous detached homes to reflect the breathtaking location and quality of build. The Four Oaks conservation area has a heritage of Arts and Crafts architecture with many of the early houses in this tree lined area being listed buildings thus demonstrating the environmental importance which Cameron Homes had to consider in their design and build for The Tudors.
Each kitchen seamlessly incorporated a luxurious entertainment area with every feature the most discerning buyer could want – coffee machine, wine cooler, boiling water tap with filter water and preparation sink all in its own space. This useful area was complimented with glass shelving and stylish LED lighting to give the perfect finishing touch.
The main kitchen featured SieMatic S2 for understated elegance with an imposing tall bank recessed into the wall with a feature bulkhead. This design feature was complimented by a grand central island with unusual detailed Corian. It had12mm ultra slim Corian to the front profile and a 60mm reinforced breakfast bar to the rear ensuring the full design potential of the DuPont Corian product was incorporated. State of the art appliances with Siemens stainless steel ovens, two fully integrated fridge freezers and a dishwasher made life in these luxurious homes effortless.
